Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, compliant responses and lead narrative development in a remote US-based role. You will work with the Bid Manager to deliver high-impact proposals that showcase value and differentiators.

You’ll transform client requirements into compelling content, collaborating with BD teams and SMEs, and ensuring rapid, accurate, and brand-aligned outputs across proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.

Responsibilities

• Own tone, flow, and messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Develop tailored win themes and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit executive summaries, solution descriptions, and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to shape win themes and content.
• Translate SME input into clear client-facing content while ensuring brand consistency.
• Propose visuals to enhance storytelling and structure complex ideas.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle from analysis to final submission when needed.
