The role focuses on building compelling proposals, coordinating with SMEs, and delivering accurate budgets and schedules to satisfy Sponsor requirements and internal approvers.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO proposals, pricing, or related roles (3–6 years).
• Proven ability to map budgets and respond to sponsor requirements.
• Strong records management using CRM and SharePoint.
• Experience authoring and managing complex proposals.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs with a compelling offering.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to craft strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to address sponsor questions and concerns.
• Collect specifications and build budgets with deliverables, pricing, resourcing and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and pricing to sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal/budget processes using technology to improve quality and speed.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
