Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc. is seeking a Proposal & Budget Specialist to coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs, translate sponsor requirements into clear, competitive proposals, and build budgets that reflect deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

You will work with Business Development leads and SMEs, manage client and internal systems like Ariba, Workday, and SharePoint, and drive continuous improvements in proposal quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of CRO experience in proposals, pricing or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or finance; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with CRM, SharePoint, and budget development.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling messages.
• Coordinate with BD leads and SMEs to create an operational strategy.
• Provide sponsor-specific responses and budget details with pricing.
• Support defense of proposals and budgets to sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal and budget development processes with technology.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
