Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating proposals or managing BD content.
• Experience with AI-driven proposal tools and cloud collaboration software.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, business, or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal lifecycle, set milestones, and drive deadlines.
• Draft and edit narratives, executive summaries, and technical sections.
• Facilitate reviews, synthesize contributions, ensure cohesive final narrative.
• Use BD platform and AI to source, organize, and assemble proposals.
