Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to support proposal development from pre-RFP to post-award. You will coordinate content flow, track responses, and direct final proposal production in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong writing, and the ability to work across teams within a hybrid, time-zone constrained setting. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; basic Adobe tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers proposal development and support through pre-RFP through post-award.
• Coordinates the internal flow and review of proposal content.
• Tracks all proposal responses.
• Directs the production of final proposals.
• Ensures that all proposals submitted are of the highest quality and are submitted in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining the Proposal Center's database: categorizing, organizing, and maintaining different types of documentation and writings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
