Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience supporting proposal or pursuit work.
• Ability to use proposal management, CRM and related technology for tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and compliance reviews.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate value propositions and guide teams through competitive proposals.
• Strong verbal and written skills; proficient with Word/PowerPoint/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal lifecycle from initial RFP analysis to final submission.
• Facilitate pursuit planning discussions to identify client needs and win themes.
• Support proposal efficiency with standardized templates and content libraries.
• Track proposal requests, status, and reporting in CRM.
• Coordinate pursuit and marketing collateral, including pitch decks and SharePoint content updates.
• Manage multiple websites from which the company receives bids and source new bids.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
