Job summary

Consertus, Inc. is seeking an Associate Pursuit Manager to independently handle moderate-complexity proposals from kickoff to submission. You will develop substantive content, manage schedules, ensure RFQ/RFP compliance, and maintain Salesforce records.

The role emphasizes writing, editing, and collaboration with Pursuit Coordinators and senior staff. Remote with ~10% travel; a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in proposal management are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proposal management or business development in AEC, professional services or capital programs.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP responses through submission.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate-complexity pursuits from kickoff through submission.
• Develop and write proposal content including qualifications, narratives, and resumes.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity records for assigned pursuits.
