Responsibilities include learning pricing, configuration, contracting, and clause library usage, and coordinating proposals and contracts throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or experience with preparing contracts.
• Strong written communication skills including email.
• Ability to navigate shared drives, repositories, and internal systems to locate information.
• Ability to seek guidance and escalate issues when needed.
• Attention to data entry, formatting, version control and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and edits cost proposals, contracts, amendments, modifications, and other sales-related documents in a timely manner.
• Learns pricing, configuration, contracting, and clause library usage to assist field sales and internal partners.
• Participates in the revision process with sales reps, peers, and contract managers to update proposals and contracts.
• Reviews contract terms to flag inconsistencies or items needing senior staff review.
• Examines supporting materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts and escalates questions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
