Job summary

Jack Henry in the United States is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to join our centralized Procurement team and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor agreements, real estate documentation, and other procurements.

You will draft, redline, negotiate and execute master service agreements, statements of work and service agreements, lead RFPs, and ensure timely renewals while maintaining data integrity across repositories.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 years combination of experience in contracts related to facility operations, hardware, software or vendor management.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Strong experience analyzing data to input and create presentations.
• Experience in executing presentations.
• Must possess strong organization skills and be able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong customer service skills across the organization and with external vendors.
• Intermediate MS Excel experience (pivot tables, diagrams, charts).
• Up to 10% occasional travel to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for billing and contracts objectives.
• Evaluate production data for trend analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Assess internal controls and maintain documentation to adhere to company requirements.
• Monitor contract and billing process changes and communicate updates to departments.
• Maintain organized documentation for contract and billing data.
• Perform compliance reviews of various applications.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist management for examiner and auditor on-site visits when needed.
• Serve as billing subject matter expert on projects.
• Lead meetings with management to improve contract entry between Operations and Finance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
