Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to join our centralized Procurement team and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor agreements, real estate documentation, and other procurements. The role involves drafting, redlining, negotiation, and execution of master service agreements and amendments, with heavy emphasis on RFPs and renewal management.

Based in a hybrid environment with potential minimal travel, you will work with internal units and external suppliers to resolve contract

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in contracts, facility ops, hardware, software, or vendor management.
• Experience with requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing and procurement best practices.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Occasional travel up to 10%.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Intermediate MS Excel experience (pivot tables, diagrams, charts).

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting billing and contracts objectives.
• Evaluate daily/weekly/monthly production data for trend analysis and recommend improvements.
• Ensure internal controls and documentation compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor contract and billing process changes and communicate updates to departments.
• Maintain organized documentation for contract and billing data communication and management.
• Serve as billing/contract subject matter expert on various projects.
• Support management in preparing for examiner and auditor on-site visits.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to improve contract entry processes.
