Job summary

ViaPath seeks a Proposal Content Manager to lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the proposal knowledge base and reusable content. Remote-based in Dallas, with travel to the Dallas office as needed.

You will own the content ecosystem, ensuring accurate, compliant, and compelling materials to boost proposal quality and win rates. The role blends proposal expertise, knowledge management, AI-enabled optimization, and visual storytelling to support ViaPath’s correctional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, Technical Writing, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of proposal writing/management experience.
• 5+ years managing enterprise proposal libraries or content management systems.
• Experience with proposal management platforms (Qvidian preferred; RFPIO/Loopio acceptable).
• Strong governance, intake, and content lifecycle skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a content strategy and governance for ViaPath's proposal knowledge base and reusable materials.
• Own the proposal content repository, taxonomy, metadata, and version control.
• Govern approval workflows to ensure compliant, current materials and brand alignment.
• Analyze usage metrics and drive content reuse and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams throughout the proposal lifecycle.
• Mentor technical writers and drive training on repository tools and standards.
