Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of customer-facing requests (RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires, supplier assessments).
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and organize content.
• Coordinate responses on governance, compliance, security, sustainability, and operations topics.
• Maintain centralized repositories of approved responses and supporting docs.
• Ensure information is accurate, current, organized, and audit-ready.
• Support AI, automation, and content-management initiatives to improve scalability.
• Research trends in proposal management, AI, and LLMs to drive improvements.
• Analyze questionnaire data, trends, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop reports and dashboards measuring content performance and turnaround times.
• Generate actionable insights to enhance customer experience and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to increase content reuse and data-driven process optimization.
