Job summary

Seismic seeks an experienced ProposalsContentManager to own and scale our proposal content ecosystem. You will govern the knowledge base, drive content quality and discoverability, and enable faster responses across RFPs, RFI, and security questionnaires.

You will collaborate with Revenue Ops, Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate, up-to-date content for customer-facing responses. The role focuses on scalable processes, AI-enabled automation, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal/content management or related SaaS functions.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFI, DDQ, security reviews or procurement processes.
• Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company’s proposal content library and knowledge platform (Responsive/Loopio/RFPIO or similar).
• Establish content governance frameworks, review cycles, ownership models, and health metrics.
• Ensure all proposal content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with messaging, product strategy, and competitive positioning.
• Develop standards for content structure, metadata, tagging, and taxonomy to improve searchability and reuse.
• Manage and optimize content across RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, Executive Summaries, and Customer Presentations.
• Create and maintain approved templates and reusable content assets.
• Partner with SMEs to improve answer quality and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to validate content.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered proposal tools and content automation capabilities.
