Job summary
ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Proposal Content Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the proposal knowledge base and reusable content. The role combines proposal expertise with AI-enabled optimization to support business development across ViaPath's correctional technology solutions.
The position is remote-based in Dallas, TX with occasional travel to the Dallas office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, Technical Writing, Information Management, or related field
- 8+ years of proposal writing and proposal management experience
- 5+ years managing enterprise proposal libraries or content repositories
- Experience with a proposal management platform (Qvidian preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, governance, organization, and continuous improvement of the proposal knowledge base
- Develop and maintain an enterprise content management program for proposals
- Create modern, reusable proposal content formats and visuals
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, SMEs across the proposal lifecycle
- Evaluate AI capabilities to improve proposal quality while ensuring compliance
- Provide training and documentation on repositories and automation tools
