The Proposal Architect bridges revenue generation and implementation, reviewing QuickBooks data, identifying risks, and drafting proposals that reflect client needs and expected effort.

Role may include client accounting work; time can be split between proposal development and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years accounting experience, preferably in CAS.
• Familiarity with implementation processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review prospect files and financial reports; prepare analysis for data file review.
• Participate in File Review calls and document insights for proposals.
