Job summary

Blue Onion Labs Inc. seeks an Accounting Solutions Expert to bridge our AI-powered order-to-cash platform with finance teams. This hands-on, customer-facing role blends accounting expertise with automation to guide implementations and support customers.

You will answer pre-sales and onboarding questions, configure client workflows, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine the roadmap based on real accounting needs. This is a remote-first role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in accounting or finance.
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 and industry exposure.
Familiarity with ERP systems and finance workflows.
E-commerce experience is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the in-house expert on order-to-cash, cash application, AR, and reconciliation workflows.
Support pre-sales demos with technical/accounting questions.
Lead or support customer onboarding and configuration.
Translate complex accounting concepts into clear guidance for customers and teams.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and help shape the roadmap.
Create enablement content and training materials.
