Job summary

SOCi is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to expand and retain revenue within our existing client base. You will partner with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, manage upsell and renewal negotiations, and drive value from SOCi's platform and services.

In a fast-paced, multi-location SaaS environment, you will build strategic plans, maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, and deliver compelling business cases to client executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in quota-bearing Account Management or SaaS sales.
• Proven success in renewals, negotiations, and upselling.
• Experience with multi-site portfolios or property management preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account plans to drive growth and retention.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize client value of SOCi.
• Represent SOCi at events and strategic reviews.
• Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline.
