New Appointments Group Ltd is recruiting for a Procurement Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary basis. The role is fully remote with hours 8.30am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday, supporting the Property Procurement team and liaising with landlords and agents on new business enquiries and existing properties.

Key duties include handling calls and emails, maintaining records and Excel spreadsheets, and arranging property visits while prioritising multiple tasks to deliver excellent

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and administrative experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
• Liaise with landlords, agents and internal teams to provide property updates.
• Arrange property visits and support new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and Excel spreadsheets.
