Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Procurement Call Handler to join the Property Procurement Team on a temporary basis. This fully remote role is based in the UK and pays £15 per hour.

You will be the first point of contact for landlords, agents and other stakeholders, handling telephone and email enquiries and providing accurate information and support to the Procurement Team. The position requires experience in customer service or procurement, excellent communication, and the ability to work remotely

• Experience in customer service, call handling, or procurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner and reliability.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming property procurement calls and emails.
• Respond to new business enquiries from landlords and agents.
• Provide accurate information and ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly.
• Liaise with Procurement Officers and Property Administrators to keep customers updated.
• Support the wider Procurement Team with administration and day-to-day enquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Provide cover and support to other members of the Procurement Team when required.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, confidentiality and data protection requirements are followed.
