Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking a proactive Credit Controller / Finance Administrator to join a fast-growing property group. This fully remote role follows UK hours (9:00–17:00, with 8:00 start preferred) and places emphasis on cash collection, structured payment plans, and client relationships.

You will chase outstanding payments, manage debtors, and ensure accurate ledgers while collaborating with the Head of Finance in a supportive environment. Strong English is essential.

Qualifications

• Credit control experience managing collections and aged debtors.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Driven, autonomous and proactive with ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactive credit control and collections, driving cash collection targets.
• Relationship management and clear communication with clients, tenants and suppliers.
• Perform reconciliations across bank accounts and accounting systems (Xero nice-to-have).
• Verify supplier and contractor invoices before processing.
• Maintain audit trails and internal procedures for the UK finance team.
