AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Property Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle—from contract signing to a live listing—and to serve as the primary liaison between homeowners and AvantStay's internal teams.

You will manage timelines, milestones, and quality standards, leverage our tech stack and dashboards, surface risks, and drive continuous improvements to enhance homeowner satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of property onboarding and project management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or property management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the onboarding lifecycle: manage and coordinate all aspects of new property onboarding, ensuring smooth transition from signed contract to live listing.
• Be the point of contact: serve as primary liaison between homeowners and AvantStay's internal stakeholders.
• Leverage tools and systems: use AvantStay's tech stack, dashboards, and PM tools to track onboarding progress and surface risks.
• Drive accountability: collaborate with Field Operations, Market Leaders, and cross-functional teams to keep tasks on schedule and resolve issues.
• Champion process automation: identify opportunities to automate repeatable onboarding tasks.
• Use data to drive decisions: analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Manage updates and reporting: provide regular updates on onboarding progress, risks, and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance: monitor contractual obligations and ensure both AvantStay and homeowners meet requirements.
• Continuously improve: analyze processes and industry trends to implement improvements.
• Uphold quality standards: ensure properties meet brand standards before listing.
• Lead special projects: take on onboarding and operational initiatives as assigned.
