Job summary

Avista Senior Living is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to own the end-to-end onboarding process for all communities and roles. You will ensure new hires are Day 1 ready, coordinate with executives and supervisors, and maintain credentialing and system access across multiple states.

You will enhance onboarding documents and tools, drive process improvements, and support the expansion of onboarding initiatives in 2027 and beyond. This is a values-driven, growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding for multiple sites across states.
• Ability to manage IT accounts and ensure access before Day 1.
• Build strong relationships with community leaders and managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding coordination across all Avista communities and positions.
• Prepare onboarding folders with current documents and credentialing needs.
• Coordinate with Executive Directors to confirm Day 1 readiness and scheduled orientation.
• Track completion of onboarding checklists, training modules, and required credentials.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide reporting on completion rates and compliance.
