Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance on our properties, both residential and boutique hotels. You will troubleshoot issues, inspect for safety, schedule tasks, and coordinate with managers and vendors.

This role is predominantly hands-on maintenance with some vendor oversight. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in property maintenance, strong knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC, and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Deep understanding of upkeep tasks including electrical, plumbing, pool, HVAC and landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Manager to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform maintenance such as repairing furniture, unclogging drains, painting, and replacing broken items.
• Prioritize and proactively resolve issues before guest arrival and during stays.
