Zusammenfassung

AvantStay is seeking a Field Operations Agent to support our properties in the designated area. You will audit properties, manage supplies, and respond promptly to guest or homeowner concerns to ensure a superior experience. This role requires frequent travel and close proximity to the market.

You will report to the local market leader, inspect properties for standards, oversee housekeeping dispatching, and focus on onboarding new homes while maintaining strong guest service across sites.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge a plus.
• Weekend/holiday availability with flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Hospitality and/or real estate experience is a plus.
• Must reside in the designated area.

Aufgaben

• Report to the local market leader and perform routine tasks as directed.
• Inspect properties to ensure AvantStay standards.
• Maintain inventory and supplies for market properties.
• Respond to guest/homeowner requests via email, calls, texts, Slack, and tickets.
• Perform minor housekeeping or routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Travel frequently to properties within the designated area to support operations.
• Oversee housekeeping dispatching in the absence of the market leader.
• Focus on onboarding new homes.
