Job summary

Fetch is seeking an Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle for multifamily real estate partners, including PMCs, REITs, and onsite teams. You’ll lead from handoff to 90 days post-launch, coordinating integrations, data migrations, and staff training to ensure fast time-to-value.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Field Operations, and Product to align on metrics like NOI, occupancy, and resident retention.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
• Experience leading enterprise or multi-location rollouts from handoff to adoption, including building playbooks and SOPs.
• Experience coordinating software integrations or data migrations with clients and technical teams.
• Strong organization; manage dozens of rollouts at once without compromising quality and using data to spot issues.
• Clear communication with executives and non-technical staff.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, project management, and support platforms (Salesforce, Gong, Kustomer).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new properties and portfolio rollouts through the first 90 days after launch.
• Build implementation plans, milestones, and kickoff meetings with regional leaders and onsite staff.
• Coordinate data migrations and integrations with property management systems.
• Lead virtual and onsite training for Regional Managers, Property Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Maintenance teams.
• Serve as primary contact during the 90-day onboarding window and resolve issues quickly.
• Track SLA, CSAT, and adoption; alert on churn risk early.
• Provide handoffs to Sales and Client Success with clear scope and expectations.
• Create onboarding materials and SOPs to scale processes.
