Job summary

A leading real estate investment company is seeking a Home Inspector who will perform due diligence inspections on acquired properties and assist with construction tasks. You will be responsible for assessing property conditions, running reports, and documenting the construction process. A Bachelor's degree is required, and having a license in MD, DC, or VA is preferred but not mandatory. The position is fully remote and offers a salary range of $50-$85k, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have great communication skills and computer skills.
• Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks in the field.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document the construction process.
• Inspect homes daily to monitor progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing material.
