Job summary

House Buyers of America in Frederick, Maryland is seeking a Home Inspector responsible for performing due diligence inspections on acquired properties and assisting with construction tasks. This is a remote salaried position with a compensation range of $50,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• Great communication and computer skills are essential.
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with necessary tasks.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress is made.
• Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material.
• Deliver necessary equipment to houses.
