Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Great communication skills and computer skills are essential.
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred, but not a firm requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks in the field.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos.
• Inspect homes daily to monitor progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and deliver necessary equipment.
