House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Inspector in Silver Spring, MD. This role involves performing due diligence inspections on properties acquired by the company and assisting with construction and settlement tasks in the field.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and preferably be a licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA. The position offers a competitive salary between $50,000 and $85,000 per year, along with a flexible schedule and remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and computer skills required.
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document the construction process.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material.
• Deliver necessary equipment to houses.
