Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete.
• Inspect homes to ensure progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and deliver equipment.
