• Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA, but it's not a firm requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks that need to be completed in the field.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document the construction process.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material.
• Deliver necessary equipment to houses.
