House Buyers of America is looking for a Home Inspector responsible for performing due diligence inspections on acquired properties. This remote position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $85,000 based on experience.

Inspectors will assist with construction and settlement tasks, ensuring property conditions are assessed and necessary repairs are documented. Qualifications

• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks in the field.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing material.
• Deliver equipment to houses.
