Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Inspector to perform due diligence inspections on properties. The role includes assessing property conditions, running reports, and assisting construction and settlement tasks necessary in the field.

The successful candidate will ideally have a Bachelor's Degree, strong communication skills, and property inspection capabilities. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary range of $50,000-$85,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Prefer a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA.
• Great communication and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks in the field.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing materials.
• Deliver necessary equipment to houses.
