House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Inspector to perform due diligence inspections and assist with construction tasks. This role focuses on property conditions, generating reports, and ensuring construction progress.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and good communication skills, preferably a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA. Enjoy fully remote work with a dynamic company culture and competitive salary between $50k-$85k based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• Communication skills and computer skills are essential.
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks.
• Ensure punch-out items are complete and document the process.
• Inspect homes daily to monitor progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing material.
• Deliver necessary equipment to houses.
