House Buyers of America in Washington, DC, is looking for a Home Inspector to conduct due diligence inspections on acquired properties. The role involves assisting with construction tasks, assessing property conditions, and ensuring inspection processes are maintained.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, strong communication skills, and preferably be a licensed inspector in MD, DC, or VA. This is a remote position with a salary range of $50-$85k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required.
• Great communication and computer skills are essential.
• Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and deliver necessary equipment.
