Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a client to hire an Inside Property Claims Adjuster based in the United States. The role handles investigations, valuation, negotiation, and settlement of both personal and commercial property losses via phone and remote channels.

You will collaborate with independent adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely resolutions while meeting monthly workload expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience as inside property claims specialist or equivalent in insurance.
• College degree or equivalent in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Familiar with personal and commercial property coverage and claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims across personal and commercial lines.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels; explain decisions.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback.
• Maintain claims documentation, reporting, and compliance with procedures.
• Meet productivity targets and contribute to catastrophe response when needed.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing and other stakeholders.
