Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an experienced Inside Property Claims Adjuster based in the United States. The role investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves property insurance claims via phone and remote channels, serving both personal and commercial lines.

You will collaborate with independent adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to ensure coverage, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or equivalent in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation and settlement.
• Familiar with personal and commercial property insurance products and coverage.
• Ability to investigate thoroughly, assess damages, and reach settlements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with policyholders and stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses within six months.
• Experience handling commercial property claims.
• Continued insurance education (IIA, CPCU or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Investigate and resolve property claims including structural damage, contents, ALE, and business income.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback.
• Follow established claims procedures for coverage, investigation, valuation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets for claim elements per month.
• Support catastrophe claims operations, including overnight travel when needed.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, marketing and other stakeholders.
