Jobgether's partner company is seeking a Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property insurance claims for personal and commercial losses from a remote US-based role.

You will collaborate with independent adjusters, contractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate settlement while maintaining regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.

Formación

• Experience as an inside property claims specialist in insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, and settlement.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve property claims, reviewing personal and commercial losses and determining claim values.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and other channels.
• Coordinate external claims support with contractors and independent adjusters.
• Support contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations as needed.
• Maintain compliance with established claims procedures and documentation.
• Meet productivity targets for claim elements per month.
• Assist catastrophe response when requested.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses within six months of hire.
