Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) role based in the United States. The position involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property insurance claims via phone and remote channels, covering personal and commercial losses.

The role offers full-time remote work with licensing requirements and opportunities to support catastrophe responses across the territory when needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement techniques.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial property insurance products and coverage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in policyholder interactions.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property losses, including structural damage and contents.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service by phone and other channels.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for field inspections and expert input.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation calculations.
• Maintain compliance with established claims procedures and documentation.
