Jobgether is seeking an experienced Inside Property Claims Adjuster (Remote, US-based) to investigate and resolve property insurance claims for both personal and commercial losses. You will work with policyholders, adjusters, and contractors to ensure accurate, timely settlements while adhering to policy coverage and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes investigative judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a steady monthly workload.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education in insurance or business.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement and management practices.
• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent role.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims, reviewing personal and commercial losses and determining claim values.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and other channels.
• Coordinate external claims support with contractors and independent adjusters.
• Support specialized claims activities such as contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Maintain compliance and documentation per established procedures.
