Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property insurance claims via phone and remote channels, handling personal and commercial losses and coordinating with adjusters and contractors.

The role emphasizes strong investigative judgment, negotiation, and adherence to policy coverage and procedures.

Qualifications

• Inside property claims experience required.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Familiar with personal and commercial property products and policy coverage.
• Ability to investigate, assess damages and reach settlements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Willingness to obtain required adjuster licenses within six months.
• Willingness to support catastrophe claims including travel.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve property claims for personal and commercial losses.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and other channels.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Maintain compliance and documentation per procedures.
• Meet productivity targets for closing claim elements.
• Support catastrophe claims operations across the territory.
