Jobgether is partnering with a leading insurance carrier to hire an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) for a remote, nationwide US role. Responsibilities include investigating personal and commercial property losses, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with contractors and adjusters to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in insurance or business.
• Experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent role.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses within six months of hire.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve personal and commercial property claims, including coverage evaluation and damages estimation.
• Communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels to explain decisions and provide a professional experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and independent adjusters for inspections and specialist input.
• Assist resolution specialists with contents valuation and depreciation holdback calculations.
• Follow established claims procedures for coverage verification, liability assessment where applicable, valuation, and settlement.
• Meet productivity targets by closing multiple claim elements per month.
• Support catastrophe claims operations across the service territory, including travel when requested.
• Collaborate with agents, underwriting, and other teams to ensure smooth claims handling.
