Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Projects Coordinator based in the United States to provide broad visibility across active engineering projects and to serve as a central operational link between Business Development, Engineering, clients, and Accounting.

You will monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and risks for multiple concurrent projects, driving timely resolution and improving workflows, documentation, and accountability in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and follow-up actions with accuracy.
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, MS Project or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track active engineering projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate transition of projects from Business Development into execution with clear scope and deliverables.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate communication between clients, Business Development, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Lead status meetings and provide timely updates and action follow-ups.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability and ensure accurate financial data.
• Track time-and-materials hours and coordinate with teams for accurate recording.
• Support timely and accurate project invoicing with Accounting.
• Track change orders and ensure proper documentation and approval.
• Maintain dashboards and executive reports showing project performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and efficiency.
• Promote accountability and consistent execution across multiple projects.
