Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a growing Energy Execution team. This role will help manage utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States, coordinating with Project Managers and cross-functional teams from kickoff through closeout.

Ideal candidates have experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects and are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or project controls.
• Experience supporting construction, EPC, infrastructure, utilities, or renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, change orders, and document control.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Project Managers across active construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, permits, work orders, and change orders.
• Prepare and track purchase orders and assist with invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and project records.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, Asset Management, and external project partners.
• Organize project documentation and support project closeout activities.
• Monitor deliverables and proactively follow up to keep projects on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting construction, EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects who enjoys keeping projects organized and moving forward. You'll work alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from project kickoff through closeout.

• Experience with project management platforms such as Salesforce, SiteTracker, Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar systems is a plus.

Preferred

• Renewable energy or utility-scale construction experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Project Managers simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
