Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a growing Energy Execution team handling utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States. The role focuses on organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration from kickoff to closeout.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of project coordination experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple work streams across construction, EPC, infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Project Managers across active construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, permits, work orders, and change orders.
• Prepare and track purchase orders and assist with invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and project records.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, Asset Management, and external project partners.
• Organize project documentation and support project closeout activities.
• Monitor deliverables and proactively follow up to keep projects on schedule.
