Job summary

QE Solar is seeking a highly organized Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee projects from award to completion. This role links Business Development, Engineering, Clients, and Accounting to keep projects on schedule and budgets in check.

The position drives multi-project delivery, ensures accurate timekeeping, invoicing, and reporting, and champions process improvements to optimize performance across the organization. Remote work is available, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of project coordination/management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track all active projects from kickoff through completion.
• Ensure smooth transition from Business Development into execution.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate between clients, Business Development, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Lead project status meetings and communicate deliverables.
• Monitor budgets and profitability.
• Ensure T&M hours are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate timely invoicing with Accounting.
• Track and coordinate change orders.
• Maintain project dashboards and executive reports.
• Recommend process improvements and standardize project procedures.
