Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a Project Support Manager to lead the project support team, set deadlines, and coordinate tasks with internal and external partners. This role includes supervising staff, tracking timelines, and supporting contract negotiations.

You will assist with budget tracking, grant specifications, and proposal development, while fostering professional development and process improvements in a remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Demonstrated thorough understanding of a research study and its conduct, including technical requirements, and how objectives contribute to program and organizational goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both formal and informal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage project support team assignments with deadlines and monitor progress; coordinate tasks with other groups.
• Provide supervision and ongoing performance feedback and professional development planning.
• Assist with development, monitoring, and tracking of project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate meetings and manage materials; assist with contract negotiations with external vendors.
• Support contract development with funders and ensure compliance with grant specifications.
• Contribute to proposal development and grant writing efforts as needed.
• Assist PMO Manager with planning, delegation of tasks, and identifying efficiencies.
