Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in related fields such as commercial or civil construction, manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting teams in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project-based opportunities with Territory Sales Managers and distributors.
• Maintain accurate project data in the CRM and coordinate with drafting, engineering, and internal teams.
• Monitor project status, timelines, and shipment dates; review technical deliverables for accuracy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and support quotations; ensure timely information delivery to customers and sales partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers and consultants.
• Identify process improvements to optimize project execution and customer experience.
