Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Project Quality Manager to oversee quality management for renewable energy initiatives. You will lead quality planning, assurance, and control across the project lifecycle, partnering with engineering, project, and site teams to implement standards and resolve issues.

The role emphasizes a culture of continuous improvement, contractual compliance, and strong EHS awareness, with remote work and travel opportunities within the US and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quality discipline or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project quality management experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Six Sigma certification preferred; lead auditor certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement the project quality management system according to ISO standards.
• Cultivate a safety-first, quality-focused culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and monitor all aspects of project quality assurance across phases.
• Develop site-specific quality plans and inspection/test plans with the project team.
• Lead lessons learned to enhance future project quality.
• Document quality issues and ensure resolution aligns with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve equipment issues and prevent performance problems.
