SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned region. The role requires travel to project sites and collaboration with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.

The successful candidate will lead QA programs, conduct audits, mentor field teams, and maintain documentation within SOLV Energy’s Quality Management System. Diversified project exposure and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewable energy.
• Desirable certifications: ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, PMP.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30; Journeyman; strong QA knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality systems aligned with SOLV Energy standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis (5-Why or 8D) and document corrective actions.
• Train project teams on QA practices and SOLV SOPs.
• Prepare regular QA reports for management and clients.
